Delivery

UK Delivery

• All items with postage prices included will be sent with Royal Mail Parcel force this is typically a 48 hour delivery service and we aim to dispatch items in 48 hours.
• If you have a set day you’d like delivery from Monday to Friday please contact us when purchasing.
• You will be notified when your item has been dispatched and tracking will be provided.
• On some larger items where a postage price is unavailable at checkout, we can provide you a courier quote or you can arrange this/a collection yourself.

International Delivery

• All parcels will be shipped with international courier – typically FedEx DHL or Parcel force Worldwide. This delivery service can take between 2 days and 2 weeks. We aim to dispatch items in 48 hours.
• If you have a set day you’d like us to dispatch the item please contact us when purchasing.
• You will be notified when your item has been dispatched and tracking will be provided.
• Please note, prices exclude any state/national tax and/or customs duty you may have to pay on the item

Collection

• All items are available to collect for free 
• Please contact us to arrange a day/time you’d like to collect the item(s).
• Items must be collected within 7 days of purchase or if you need longer please contact before purchasing
